Early in the morning, we will sit in a boat and follow Lake Kivu's local fishermen who will show us how they use traditional Techniques of trapping fish. The small fish called Sambaza make a daily sauce for Karongi citizens. Very tasty and healthy. We should try them. After lunch, we will drive through the Congo Nile crest and take the road to Musanze.

With colorful sisal fiber costumes and jingling bells on each step, the Warriors Dance is a thrilling rhythm, with physical confrontation turning into an artistic rivalry and ultimately ending in a vigorous hug of friendship, mutual aid, and protection. We will also be taken through a traditional Rwandan wedding and practices, giving us a glimpse into the long-standing lifestyle of the Rwandan people.
